The Shang Grand Tower is located in the heart of Makati’s Central Business District, the premier international business center of the Philippines. Close to work, shopping, entertainment and schools, this is definitely one of the best addresses in the country.
Close to Work
With The Shang Grand Tower’s location in Makati’s Central Business District, many of the country’s premier office buildings are within walking distance. Why struggle with Manila’s infamous traffic jams, when you are just a few hundred meters away from top commercial offices, such as Enterprise Center, One Ayala Triangle and the Philam Life buildings? Other business centers, including Rockwell (Makati City), Fort Bonifacio (Taguig City) and Ortigas Center (Pasig City) are a relatively short distance away.
Close to Shopping
The Shang Grand Tower is just steps away from some of the best shopping in the Philippines, providing everything from discount stores up through some of the most well-known retailers in the world, all within walking distance. Selected shopping opportunities include:
- Greenbelt, arguably the country’s premier shopping and entertainment complex, is just a couple of hundred meters from the Shang. Greenbelt 1 features everyday necessities like ACE Hardware, Greenbelt 3 features mid-market brands such as Calvin Klein, Diesel S.p.A., Kate Spade, Kenneth Cole, Lacoste, Marks & Spencer, Mexx, Nine West, Topman, Topshop, among others. An overwhelming variety (literally hundreds) of restaurants exist within a few minutes walk of The Shang Grand Tower, ranging from the ubiquitous Starbucks and American-style fast food chains like McDonald’s, Wendy’s and KFC, to moderately priced restaurants like Chili’s and California Pizza Kitchen, a huge number of local restaurants, and quite a few upscale establishments. There also exist an enormous number of bars and nightclubs, many of which provide live music nightly.
